Shipping and Returns

We care about you as our customer and as a fan, and we care about our artists and media creators.  Our business policies are a balance between the two sides of this equation.   We, as the vendors and intermediaries between media creators and fans, will endeavor to find equitable solutions to each situation and treat everyone fairly.

Returning faulty goods
If you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, please contact us immediately.  We will work with you to correct the situation.
Returning new goods
Non-faulty goods must be returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. If goods are not faulty, postage costs will not be refunded. Please, contact us prior to returning. Clearance items will not be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Shipping Policy
Orders to addresses within the United States are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail and take 1-2 business days to process and another 3-5 business days for delivery. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and take 1-2 business days to process and another 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that international packages are not tracked beyond departure and all international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping and credit card transaction fees.
